Initializes a new instance of the LockInfo class

Define the lifetime interval for the lock. This parameter contains a time interval specification in the form: [ws][-]{ d | [d.]hh:mm[:ss[.ff]] }[ws] Elements in square brackets ([ and ]) are optional.
